Branch performance

Every branch on one line: deposits, loans, loan-to-deposit, efficiency, deposit growth against last year, and share of the deposit book. Northgate Community is the row down 6.7% on the year.

The brief names a branch; this is where you check whether it is a real problem or a small book moving a little. The efficiency column allocates the bank’s own revenue across branches and reconciles to the income statement in KPI Performance — most community banks have no branch profit and loss account, and this is the nearest thing that still reconciles.
