The board package

A dedicated workspace with the four regulatory capital ratios against their prompt corrective action thresholds, the risk assessment by category, and strategic initiatives with owners and target dates. CEO commentary now has its own formal communication workflow.

The quarterly board material is built from the same figures as the daily view, so the pack and the dashboard cannot tell two different stories in the same week. Risk ratings and initiatives are written by a person and marked as written; capital carries its own date because it arrives quarterly from call report software rather than from the core. Communication drafts stay in the separate CEO Helper and require human approval.
